Research Achievement

"Since 2005, he has been engaged in the research on the interaction between light and matter in surface plasmons and photonic crystal structures, and is committed to developing three-dimensional micro nano processing technologies and applications such as nano Paper Cuttings and femtosecond laser direct writing. Aiming at the technical problems of three-dimensional nano manufacturing, he has blazed a new trail. In 2018, he realized the three-dimensional micro nano manufacturing technology of nano Paper Cuttings for the first time in the world, developed the direction of micro nano strain optoelectronics in 2020, innovated the nano optoelectromechanical configuration and dynamic control mechanism in 2021, and opened up a new technological route for digital micro mirror chips. Related work has been specially reported by CCTV CCTV1, Xinhuanet, Science Daily, PHYS ORG, MIT News, etc., and in Science nce Advances, I have published over 100 journal articles in Nature Communications, Light: Science&Applications, Advanced Materials, Nano Letters, Laser&Photonics Review, Nature Nanotechnology, Physics Review Letters, and others, with over 2000 citations. I have also presented more than ten international conference invitations and served as an editorial board member for Scientific Reports and a young editorial board member for the Journal of Semiconductors. I have undertaken more than ten projects/topics from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, and Guangdong provinces< br>
