Mainly engaged in the research of new optical biodetection methods and the development of medical instruments, including:
1. Proposed a quantitative interference solid phase RPA nucleic acid detection method and system to achieve unlabeled low-cost microfluidic real-time amplified nucleic acid detection within 20 min, with a sensitivity of single copy level per microliter, and realized the accurate detection of a variety of clinical pathogens and cancer-related point mutations;
2. A hyperspectral interferometric non-labeled quantitative imaging method and system for living cells was proposed, which realized the quantitative reconstruction of the refractive index and dry mass in living cells over a long period of time. The axial resolution was less than 100 nm, and the detection accuracy of the dry mass at the sub-cellular level was achieved, and thus the intelligent cell identification and dynamic analysis were realized.
3. Participated in the establishment of the constant temperature microfluidic nucleic acid detection system to achieve the precision nucleic acid typing of the micro-nano system with parallel and multi-indicators, which translated into two medical device registration certificates, and launched the demonstration application in many provinces and cities during the novel coronavirus epidemic, which was praised by expert leaders.
