Abstract
The overall vehicle configuration and design are described, which include electrical and control system design and mechanism system design. Electrical and control system design include low-voltage electrical system design, high-voltage electrical system design, overall vehicle control and energy management system design. This vehicle chooses high performance horizon lead-acid battery and the battery box is designed specially. Steering is electrohydraulic power steering, which not only minimizes the energy consumption but also turns easily. Electrical system parameter match is calculated, which includes parameter selection of motor and battery. Handleability and stability, possibility are also calculated. In the end the test result is provided, which indicates that the vehicle performance targets all attain the request of Ministry of Science and Technology and the vehicle configuration design is reasonable and electrical system parameter match result accord with the test result.
