Research Interests

He is mainly engaged in the preparation of low-dimensional materials and their heterojunctions and their photoelectric properties, including quantum tunneling effect, bulk photovoltaic effect, ferroelectric effect, low-temperature transport characteristics, corner electronics, etc. The specific research contents include the following aspects:
1. Research and development of resonant tunneling transistors based on graphene and semiconductor 2D materials, and develop their applications in optoelectronics and oscillators.
2. Based on the research of interface slip ferroelectric properties and bulk photovoltaic effect of van der Waals heterojunction, develop its development in retina-like neural devices.
3. Develop magnetic 2D material spin memory based on the quantum transport and spintronic tunneling effect of magnetic 2D materials (such as CrI3).
