主要从事低维材料及其异质结的制备及其光电性能研究,包括量子隧穿效应、体光伏效应、铁电效应、低温输运特性、转角电子学等。具体研究内容包含以下几个方面:
1. 基于石墨烯和半导体二维材料的共振隧穿晶体管研制,开发其在光电和振荡器等方面的应用。
2. 基于范德华异质结的界面滑移铁电性质和体光伏效应研究,开发其在类视网膜神经器件开发。
3. 基于磁性二维材料(比如CrI3)的量子输运和自旋电子隧穿效应,开发磁性二维材料自旋存储器。
