Research Achievement

"Research achievements, including publication of papers and project leadership:
1. The first observation of rare earth doped zinc oxide thin films showed an order of magnitude increase in ultraviolet luminescence after high-temperature annealing. The results were published in journals such as Optics Express, Results in Physics, Materials Letters, Journal of Alloy&Compounds, Journal of Luminescence, and Optical Materials Express. In 2017, they were approved for funding by the National Natural Science Foundation of China< br> 2. The charge storage performance of germanium (Ge) containing nanocrystalline MIS structures was first reported and published in Applied Physics Letter (APL), with 143 and 56 citations respectively< br> 3. The resonance luminescence performance of Ge nanocrystals and rare earth erbium ions was studied for the first time, and the results were rated as "excellent" by APL reviewers and cited 38 times< br> 4. Collaborated with researcher Yang Rong from the National Nanocenter to study the application of graphene oxide and functionalized zinc oxide nanocrystals in biomedical fields. The results have been published in PCCP and the Journal of Physical Chemistry, with 22 and 21 citations respectively< br> 5. Ge nanocrystals were prepared by electron beam evaporation coating and rapid annealing, and the formation mechanism and charge storage properties of Ge nanocrystals Spinodal were proposed. The results were cited a total of 42 times; Propose the formation mechanism of nano silicon particles in silicon rich silica, and the article has been cited 26 times in JCG< br>
Research funds include: National Natural Science Foundation of China (General), Ministry of Education Scholarship Fund for Returning to China, Ministry of Education Doctoral Program New Teacher Fund, School Basic Research Fund, etc< br>
So far, nearly 60 scientific research papers have been published in domestic and foreign journals, obtaining an international invention patent, and serving as reviewers for multiple domestic and foreign academic journals.
