Research Interests

He is mainly engaged in the study of physical properties of low-dimensional topological materials, exploring their novel topological quantum phenomena and quantum regulation. The specific research contents include the following aspects:
(1) Growth and characterization of structures such as nanowires, nanosheets and two-dimensional films of topological materials.
(2) Study on low-temperature quantum transport properties of topological materials. The devices were prepared by micro and nano processing technology, and the electrical transport properties of the materials were studied by PPMS, dilution refrigerator and other equipment.
(3) Design and prepare heterojunction devices of topological materials, magnetic materials and superconducting materials, and explore their novel physical effects and phenomena.
