研究领域和方向

1. 新型低维及拓扑材料体系的微纳器件制备与加工,发展了各种范德瓦尔斯转移堆叠技术
2. (极)低温电学输运和变温热电输运测量,包括改造氦-4,氦-3,和稀释制冷系统以及发展微弱信号测量实验技术
3.探索和发展新型的微纳器件调控技术和测量手段
