Abstract
PAMs are widely used in manipulator systems due to their good characteristics of low cost, safety operation, cleanliness, and high power–weight ratio [1]. However, there exist highly nonlinear and time-varying dynamics in PAMs systems, which is caused by elasticity and compressibility of air.
