Address: Personal Information
Yu Haoran, Associate Professor, Special Researcher, Doctoral Supervisor. He received his PhD in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2016 and visited the Yale Institute of Network Science from 2015 to 2016. After receiving his PhD, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Information Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Northwestern University. In 2020, he joined the School of Computer Science, Beijing Institute of Technology as an associate professor. So far, he has published 12 papers in CCF Class A international academic journals or conferences such as JSAC, TON, TMC, INFOCOM, etc. (9 of them are 1 work, 3 are 2 work). (For more information, please see my homepage: yu-haoran.github.io)

Student recruitment plan: We plan to recruit 1 doctoral student and 2 to 3 master students every year. In addition, we welcome undergraduates with good foundation to join the research group. Those with excellent performance can be recommended to the United States, Hong Kong, Europe and other places for further study.

Research Interests

Research Direction
The research direction is the cross integration of artificial intelligence and game theory, aiming at learning individual behavioral preferences from large amounts of data for various game scenarios by using neural networks, reinforcement learning and other methods, and designing algorithmic mechanisms suitable for dynamic uncertain environments.
