He is the deputy director of the special Committee of Electric Vehicle of China Automotive Engineering Society, and the deputy director of the Center of Engineering Technology Research Center of Power Battery and Chemical Energy Materials of Beijing University of Higher Learning.
He successively served as the responsible professor of Environmental Science and engineering and the responsible professor of Energy and Environmental Materials of Materials Science and engineering. During this period, he was responsible for the teaching of Green Power Technology for undergraduates, Basic and Application of New Energy Materials, Principles and Technologies of Materials Electrochemistry for master students, and Environmental Ecology for doctoral students. The research direction is new energy materials and energy storage devices, mainly including lithium-ion power batteries, nickel-metal hydride power batteries, supercapacitors and other new energy storage devices and related key materials, as well as thermoelectric materials, wave absorbing stealth materials and other aspects of research and development. R&d products have been used in electric vehicles, wind-wind storage complementary micro-grid power generation systems and military equipment and other fields. He has presided over 1 national major special project, 3 national key research and development plan projects, 1 National support plan project, 2 National Natural Science Foundation projects (22179006, 52072036), 8 provincial and ministerial projects, 1 graduate education reform project of Beijing Institute of Technology, and horizontal cooperation, as well as more than 10 projects. Won 1 first prize of provincial and ministerial science and Technology Progress Award (ranked 7th), 3 second prizes (ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd), and 1 third prize (ranked 3rd); He has published more than 50 papers as the first author or corresponding author in Nano Letter, J.Mater.Chem. Research Interests

Mainly engaged in all kinds of new energy storage device materials and new energy technology research and development work, including lithium-ion batteries, lithium-sulfur batteries, lithium-air batteries, supercapacitors, phase change energy storage, energy storage power stations, electric vehicle battery system and other materials and technology research and development work. At the same time, it also carries out research and development work on functional materials such as thermoelectric materials, wave absorbing stealth materials, and special adhesives.
