N2 - This paper is based on genetic algorithm to solve the target assignment problem in the course of target reconnaissance. In order to increase the efficiency and improve the local search ability of the genetic algorithm, a hybrid algorithm of genetic algorithm and hill-climbing algorithm is adopted in this paper. And population catastrophe is also used to improve the performance of hybrid algorithm. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm has faster solution speed, better optimization capability, and can solve target assignment problem effectively.
