Abstract

In modern radar reconnaissance system, feature extraction of multi-component LFM signal based on Wigner-Mough transform has been disturbed by the noise. Faced with this problem, firstly, use the improved Sobel operator of digital image processing to detect edge feature of WVD figure of signal with noise, and then search local max in parameter space though Hough transform. Finally through computer simulation of the WHT, SPWD-Hough and improving WHT, feature extraction result of multi-component LFM signal using improved WHT is proved best. The method computes fast and noise can be suppressed efficiently.
