Abstract

Organic bilayer electroluminescence devices were fabricated by using a novel Eu (TTA)m complexes as active layer. The effect of electric field on recombination region is obvious from the variations of the spectra. The I-V curve shows bulk-control for hole-transporting materials acting as electron-transporting layer at high field in bilayer devices, while it shows contact-control for electron-transporting materials.
