Development of testing system for performance of actuator DC motor

Abstract

A micro-computer testing system for DC motor applying to actuator is introduced, which includes its composition, working principle, loading principle, software designing and anti-disturbance measures. According to criterion of motor test, auto-measuring for all items can be realized. The results of the practical application show that the system has such advantages as reasonable design, high precision and strong anti-disturbance.
