Abstract

The fractional powers of the Fourier transform operator is a generalization of the Fourier transform. Although there are many works on the derivation of sampling about fractional Fourier transform, studies on the aliasing error are rare. This paper presents a new aliasing error estimation method of fractional Fourier transform connecting with Poisson sum formula based on windowed samples.
