Mainly engaged in the teaching of "Mathematical Experiment", "Mathematical Modeling", "Mathematical Methods in Information Analysis" and other courses, carried out the teaching reform of college mathematics education, and guided students to participate in the mathematical Contest in modeling for college students; He has been engaged in the research of the emerging cross-integration of mathematics and information disciplines for a long time, and presided over 4 projects of the National Nature Foundation. He has won more than 10 awards such as Beijing Excellent Teaching Achievement Award, Fok Yingdong Education Foundation Young Teachers Award, the First Prize of Natural Science of the Ministry of Education, and the Famous Teaching Teacher Award of Beijing Colleges and Universities. He is also secretary General of Mathematics Research Branch of Beijing Higher Education Society, Deputy Secretary General of Beijing Intersectional Science Society, and editor of Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology (English).
