N2 - The decision-making in a collision is sometimes ethical. For example, a driver needs to face the decision dilemma of whether to crash into a pedestrian on the sidewalk or sacrifice the safety of passengers in the vehicle. Similarly, UGV sometimes encounters dilemma and has to make decisions based on moral guidelines in a concise time. Whether to make reasonable ethical decisions greatly affects the public's trust in UGV This article presents a review on relevant technologies for ethical decision-making on Unmanned Ground Vehicle. Firstly, the importance of ethical decision-making and its system structure are proposed. Secondly, typical ethical modeling methods in recent years are reviewed. Methods are divided into two categories, including Classical Methods and Learning-based Methods. Moreover, the deliberation mode, feature recognition calculations, and moral machine dataset are introduced. Finally, promising research topics in the future study of ethical decision-making for UGV are prospected.
