title = "Paper-based flexible broadband photodetectors functionalized by PbS quantum dots/Carbon nanotube networks hybrid structure",
abstract = "Paper-based electronic devices have attracted much attention due to their excellent flexible and environmentally friendly properties. Here, we demonstrated a paper-based flexible photodetector, where PbS quantum dots contribute to a broadband photoresponse from the visible to the near infrared and metallic single-walled carbon nanotubes (m-SWCNTs) serve as interdigital electrodes instead of traditional metal electrodes. Our paper-based flexible photodetector exhibits a high responsivity of 70 mA/W and excellent mechanical stability after a thousand bending cycles.",
