Optimization of cutting parameters for complex surface NC machining based on genetic algorithm

摘要

Complex surface machining is the key and difficult point of NC machining technology. In the process of complex curved surface machining, the selection of cutting parameters plays a very important role in machining quality and machining efficiency. The cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate, feed rate, cutting depth and cutting width are discussed in this paper. In the process of complex curved surface machining, the selection and change of cutting parameters have an important influence on the machining accuracy and efficiency. Taking cutting efficiency as the optimization objective function, the cutting parameters are set as variables and dependent variables, and a mathematical model is established. Based on genetic algorithm, a cutting parameter optimization algorithm is proposed. The cutting simulation experiment shows that the cutting parameters obtained by the algorithm are better than those by experience setting, and the accuracy and efficiency of complex surface machining are improved effectively.
