N2 - On the design methods and traditional micro system structures in multiple configurations, there are some certain limitations. In order to resolve the problems of the conventional multiple structures present in the system, new sensors and components are applied in the development of the design method and system configuration. Micro lens, as a kind of typical components, are developing the methodology in research advanced multiple configuration systems. The effect of system evaluated criterion that Modulation Transfer Function (Modulation Transfer Function, the MTF), Energy concentration (Radial Energy Analysis, REA), diffusion (Spot Diagram, RMS) can support our issue qualitatively. Results showed that can not only change systems weight, size and structural stability, but also increase freedom in these kinds design. While improving the implementation of existing multiple path configuration from traditional complex.
