Abstract

In electric vehicles, the colored noise signal in current measurement could cause the battery SOC estimation inaccurate and divergent. In order to solve this problem, our authors used the colored noise as the state variables for Kalman filtering algorithm to reduce influences on the SOC estimation accuracy. Experimental results showed that the filtering method used in this paper could improve the accuracy for battery SOC estimation on the colored noise impacts.
