Abstract
This paper presents a practical parameterized CAD system which is developed to fulfill the design demands of the worm hob. The system is developed in modules and user interface provides an easy to use function for parameter calculations. The system also includes the user-defined functions, the data management system and Graphical User Interface. The system ensures rapid and accurate designing of the worm hob along with the provision of providing an automatic working drawing.
