Abstract

In order to solve the poor targeting problems of the traditional micro-particle drug delivery systems, Polylactic acid (PLA) are used and are studied as the membrane materials of the micro-particles. Because folic acid (FOL) is plenty on the surface of the tumor cell, it is used as the receptor and is synthesized to PLA based on the ligand-receptor reaction. Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is used as the medium to connect PLA and FOL together during the synthesis reaction. The result show that the optimal PLA-PEG-FOL is got when the volume ratio of DMSO and CH3Cl2 as the solvent is 1:6 and the optimal reaction time is 10 hours. The application study of the PLA-PEG-FOL show that nanoparticle drug delivery system with slippy surface can get at the appropriate preparation condition with appropriate solvent.
