Abstract

According to the phenomena, that there is a lack of efficient strategy implementation framework in enterprise strategy management field, which makes the enterprise strategy disaccord in implementation procedure, this paper develops a hierarchical framework based on the theory of Balance Scorecard, about enterprise strategy implementation, which including four essential factors: critical success factor, key strategy performance index, action plan and resource. The framework establishes the hierarchical relations between the four key factors and the enterprise strategy, and hierarchically matches them to enterprise's production and management, which make sure the coherence of enterprise strategy all over the organization. At last the software is designed to check the strategy implementation framework mentioned in this article.
