Abstract

The paper described the pulse spit problem that ultra-wideband (UWB) radar signal reconnaissance system often encounters in the actual environment and proposed a solution of pulse split problem on the existing platform. Split pulse combination and cluster sorting was proposed according to pulse describe word (PDW) characteristics. The measured data proved that this method can restore PDW and enhance the interception capability of reconnaissance system effectively.
