Abstract

For the hydro-acoustic seekers and intelligent hydro-acoustic fuses, extraction of acceleration and deceleration feature of propeller is a practicable way to detect and classify the maneuvering targets in a port region. The signal characteristics of fluctuating volume rediation noise, fluctuating rediation force noise and continuous spectrum noise of the cavitation produced by the accelerative propeller are analyzed in this paper first, and then the received signal model for the passive sonar is presented. To resolve the disturbance problem under certain signal processing condition, a fractional domain disturbance rejection algorithm is proposed, and its realization procedure is given also. In addition, the analysis result for the test data in cavitation tunnel, validates the feasibility of the proposed algorithm.
