Abstract

Al/CuO/PG nanocomposites were investigated in this paper as potential catalysts for the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP), where the high temperature decomposition of AP decreases from 424.4°C to 312.3°C, showing its strong catalytic activity on the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate. In addition, the more the catalyst was added, the more the high-temperature decomposition temperature of AP decreased.
