Abstract
In order to realize the amplification of oligonucleotide pools for aptamer selection, this investigation studied the Optimization of oligonucleotide amplification pools for SELEX. The PCR conditions were optimized including cycles, annealing temperature, primer concentrations and template concentrations. The study will be helpful with the aptamer selection for aptamer candidate amplification.
