Abstract

Various shift quality evaluation parameters of automated mechanical transmission (AMT) for battery electric vehicles (BEV) are introduced. A method based on pearson product-moment correlation coefficient (PPMCC) & decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) is proposed which proved to be a suitable candidate for the analyses of BEV AMT shift quality evaluation parameters. The calculations and analyses for the shift experimentation data of the test vehicle are done with this method, and a new evaluation system is rebuilt by calculating the importance and contribution for the original parameters. The results indicate that the method can effectively reduce the redundant indirect evaluation parameters, and a comprehensive direct-viewing evaluation system is obtained.
