Abstract

Electric and magnetic fields from electric vehicle are of important considerations in several research areas. In this paper to restrain the electromagnetic interference in communication and control system of electric vehicle, build the electromagnetic interference model in electric vehicle based on CAN (controller area network) equivalent circuit and transmission lines theory. The modeling in the form of cascading connection transmission lines solved by FDTD(finite different time domain) method and simulated by matlab2007 software make it clear that the voltage at the transmission line end are significant when it exposed to certain electromagnetic field. The result of modeling in electric vehicle agree with the measured wave form according to state of driving. when the disturbance get into the communication lines. The result would be helpful to restrain electromagnetic interference in electric vehicle.
