    Abstract

It is very difficult in measuring the success of Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Key-users' satisfaction is often used as substitute variable to determine the ERP's success. This study found out that relationship exists between key-user satisfaction and perceived ERP success in China. Especially, the model adopts three factors of the first level one, and is items of the second level. The three factors were correlated and the correlations are statistically caused by the second-level factor. ERP suppliers should concentrate on concerned about the quality of products and improvement of user knowledge. ERP users should carefully select suppliers and service personnel.
