Abstract
This paper addresses the state feedback stabilization problem for a class of network-based delta operator control systems. To compensate time delays, a gain scheduling controller based on one-way delay measurement is constructed, and the resulting closed-loop system is transformed into a switched delta operator system. The stability condition is derived for the closed-loop system, and the corresponding stabilizing and optimal controller design techniques are also developed. The simulation and experimental results are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed approach.
