Abstract

The interior ballistics of deterred propellant charge has been studied, and the curves of pressure, velocity versus time or distance have been given. The influence of mixing proportion of main propellant and coated propellant and deterring-agent content of deterred propellant on these curves and parameters was analyzed. The results are important in the theoretical study of deterred propellant charge and in design of charge structure.
