Abstract

Based on the experiments on automobile engine, an actuated signal emitting system of automobile's engine electronic control unit (ECU) based on virtual instrument technology is given. Eight core actuated signal models of engine ECU were established, and a simulation environment of ECU's working conditions created. Signals created by the actuated signal emitting system can replace sensor signals and actuate engine ECU to run into normal circulation. The engine experimental station runs regularly. Simulation results indicate that the principle of the method is correct and the actuated signal models of engine ECU can realize to simulate the actual working conditions.
