Abstract

Combining structural dynamics with the control theory of a shaking table, the dynamic model of a 4m×6m self-assembled shaking table was derived. Its oil column resonances and damping parameters were then obtained based on simulations. At the same time, a detailed test analysis was given according to actual model tests. Theoretical and experimental results showed that a 3-parameter control model was more effective to improve the dynamic characteristics of the system to meet additional test requirements.
