Abstract

This paper presents a novel controller for parallel-connected critical PFC converters, and a method is presented to achieve variable frequency PWM signals interleaving equably with only one single DSP, and the parallel-connected interleaving critical PFC modules are implemented with a single controller based on one-cycle controller, it need not detect or judge switch peak current and zero-cross of inductor current, therefore, the control of critical PFC converter can be greatly simplified. Experimental results showed that the controller could provide very effective control of the current input and voltage output.
