Abstract

The quantum dynamics of the quantum-dot cellular automata qubit were investigated. The study involved the measurement of current variations obtained from the quantum point contact detector. The increase in the rate of the detector-induced dephasings brought drastic decay in the oscillating current and electron occupation probabilities in different states.
