Research Interests

He has long been engaged in the research of quantum states, transport properties and coherence properties of mesoscopic systems, semiconductor nanosystems, graphene systems, phosphene systems, etc. The main research methods are Mode-matching method, Modified rate equation method, Green's function method, tight binding method and first principle calculation. Continue to expand the research direction, carry out school, enterprise, university and research research, mainly study the heat conduction mechanism and regulation of graphene composite materials, establish the thermal conduction model and theoretical methods of macroscopic graphene composite materials, and provide guidance and reference for the preparation, processing and application of graphene composite materials. Currently conducting research on quantum transport, electrical, thermal and photoelectric properties in low-dimensional nanometer structures such as graphene, phosphene, semiconductors and two-dimensional materials, carrying out research on new phenomena, new effects and new applications, developing new primitive devices, and designing and developing new scientific research software. Aiming at the major needs of the country, the thermal science and related issues in "integrated circuit heat dissipation" and "carbon peak, carbon neutrality" are studied.
