N2 - In view of strengthening reinforced PTFE/Al composite system, based on the fiber strengthening mechanism and cross-scale theory of composite material, the research about material component system design, mechanical property design and microstructure optimization was carried out by means of theoretical analysis and cross-scale numerical simulation. The mechanical properties of the composite system with different carbon fiber content and aspect ratio were studied by using PTFE/Al reinforced composite system with short carbon fiber.
