Abstract

Long-time coherent integration is an effective method to improve the detection performance of small targets in passive radar systems based on LTE signals. However, during long-time integration, both range migration and Doppler dispersion occurs and cannot be neglected, which seriously degrades the coherent integration gain. In this paper, keystone transform is used for range migration correction, and Fractional Fourier Transform (FRFT) is used for Doppler dispersion compensation. One of the key issues in the abovementioned processing is to estimate the Doppler ambiguity factor. And a parallel searching scheme of Doppler ambiguity factor resolution is proposed. The simulation results suggested the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
