Abstract

A novel interference suppression method is proposed for digital television terrestrial multimedia broadcasting (DTMB) based passive radar considering sampling frequency offset (SFO) compensation in reference signal reconstruction. A sub-band recursive least square (RLS) interference cancellation algorithm is introduced to reduce the computational load. A scheme for reference signal processing is proposed via analyzing and comparing the results from different reference signal processing methods under different reference channel conditions. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified via measured and simulated data.
