Research Interests


1. Metabolic engineering and synthetic biology: design and construction of natural and unnatural biosynthetic pathways, modification and optimization of chassis host, control and balance of metabolic flow, mining and development of new metabolic engineering strategies (this part is currently skilled and requires partners with ideas to develop and create new metabolic pathways and strategies)
2. Protein engineering: protein expression and purification, protein structure simulation, directional and non-directional modification of proteins (this direction is partly computer-dependent, welcome interested partners to join)
3. Biosensors: mining and construction of new biosensors, performance transformation of biosensors, development of metabolic regulation strategies based on biosensors (currently the research direction is relatively heavy, I hope that aspiring partners can inspire teachers more inspiration)
4. Computer redesign and modification of proteins and biosensors (the teacher has strong interest in this part, which is now in the preliminary stage, and it is urgent for friends with computer background to join us to learn together)
