He mainly studies the problem of double cycle coverage and integer flow in graph theory, and has solved Fleischner problem in the field of double cycle coverage together with his collaborators, and proved the best side result of Bouchet's six flow conjecture in the field of integer flow. Recently, some branches of pure mathematics such as algebraic geometry and algebraic topology have been applied to the field of graph theory.
