At present, he is teaching the compulsory course of postgraduate degree "Advanced Optics" and the elective course of postgraduate "Optical Technology and Instrument in the Intersection of Disciplines". Responsible for and undertake 5 national medium - and long-term major science and technology projects or sub-projects, 3 international cooperation projects. Responsible for or participated in 26 domestic and foreign projects (including Nikon, NEDO &SET, Mentor Graphic projects in Japan, National 863, 973, key and surface projects of Nature Foundation, innovation projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and projects funded by Talent Award Fund, etc.). He has published nearly 200 academic papers personally and jointly, of which more than 140 have been included in SCI and EI, applied for more than 100 invention patents (more than 70 have been authorized), Copyrights of lithography simulation software 7, participated in the compilation (editor-in-chief) of MEMS technology chapter of China Electrical Engineering Festival, and participated in the compilation of China Science and Technology Classic Library. Invited to write SPIE Newsroom Review Article and selected as SPIE Women in Optics 2013-2014. Many times invited to make international conference invitation report, as the opening ceremony, branch chairman or academic committee. Long-term and domestic counterparts to maintain substantive cooperation. In her 32-year career, she has won the Outstanding Teaching Award, the 38 Red Flag Bearer, the Outstanding Contribution Nomination Award, the patent and thesis Award, the Outstanding female Professor, the Advanced individual and collective Award of science and technology of the university, and the model of teacher ethics. Since 1982, he has been engaged in teaching and research in the fields of optics, physics and optoelectronics. From 2002 to 2015, it trained more than 50 graduate students and 4 postdoctoral fellows. Graduates work in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Xiamen, such as research institutes of Chinese Academy of Sciences, aerospace Group, weapons Group, universities, international or local intellectual property offices, government agencies and affiliated enterprises, foreign companies or joint ventures, overseas study, etc.
