In 2021, won the Gan Zizhao Outstanding Postdoctoral Award of the State Key Laboratory of Artificial Microstructure and Mesoscopic Physics
He has conducted long-term scientific research and exploration in two-dimensional semiconductor phase transition and phase transition mechanism, growth and device preparation, as well as physical properties of two-dimensional magnetic materials, and has published more than 20 SCI papers, among which the first author and corresponding author in Science, Nature Synthesis, JACS, PRX, AM, Nano Letters and other journals published a total of 7 articles. The preparation of wafer size single crystal MoTe2 was selected as one of the "Top Ten Research Advances in Semiconductors in China in 2021".
