He is mainly engaged in the research of new optical probes, chemical and biological sensing, and environmental friendly fluoride.
(1) Novel optical probes and chemobiological sensing: design and synthesis of molecular/nanoprobes; Biomedical imaging analysis and integrated diagnosis and treatment. Based on small molecules or nanomaterials, new molecular/nanoprobes are designed and constructed to realize high spatio-temporal resolution visual analysis of important bioactive molecules and tumor microenvironment from cells to small animal models, and integrated diagnosis and treatment research.
(2) Environmentally friendly fluoride: In view of the ozone layer destruction and global warming and other two environmental problems currently facing mankind, to find environmentally friendly fluorine-containing compounds that do not destroy the ozone layer, have low greenhouse effect and good application performance, and develop synthetic routes with industrialization prospects.
