Ma Xiaoli graduated from the University of Gottingen in Germany with a doctorate degree. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation (2 projects), key project sub-topics of National Defense 173 Project, Young Talents Project of Beijing Municipal Education Commission, projects entrusted by China Institute of Atomic Energy, and projects entrusted by Huawei Technologies Co., LTD. The graduate students under his guidance won the university's outstanding graduation thesis, Beijing Outstanding Graduate, and National scholarship. Served as the thesis review expert of the Center for Degree and Graduate Education Development of the Ministry of Education.

(1) chemical thermodynamics, solid-liquid equilibrium direction;
(2) Direction of organic reaction catalyzed by homogeneous main group metals;
