He mainly researches deep learning and big data mining in science and technology, and specifically researches Information Extraction, Question Answering and Dialogue, and learning to Hashing. He is a member of the Chinese Information Technology Committee of the Chinese Computer Society, an executive member of the Youth Work Committee of the Chinese Information Society, and a member of the Language and Knowledge Committee. He has published more than 50 papers in SIGIR, AAAI, IJCAI, ACM MM, SIGMOD, WWW, TOIS, TKDE and other international journal conferences. Won the Best paper Award of NLPCC 2019 and ICKG 2020 respectively; Some of the achievements won the first prize of Science and Technology Progress of the Chinese Institute of Electronics (2018) and the third prize of Science and Technology Progress of Zhejiang Province (2018), and is undertaking or participating in more than 10 national key research and development projects, National Natural Science Foundation key projects and surface projects. He was the director of research and development of Hammer Scholar platform (hammerscholar.net). Students under our guidance have been employed or furthered in IT companies or research institutes such as ByteDance, Microsoft, Baidu, Huawei, Ali, Didi Research Institute, Xiaomi Technology, Institute of Information and Industry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, University of Edinburgh, etc.
