Huang Heyan, female, CPC member, born in Hunan Province in October 1963. He received his bachelor's degree from the Department of Computer Science and Technology of Wuhan University of Surveying and Mapping in 1983, his master's degree from the Department of Computer Science of National University of Defense Technology in 1986, and his Doctor's degree from the Institute of Computing Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1989. After that, he worked as an assistant researcher, associate researcher and researcher successively. From 1997 to 2008, he was a researcher at the Computer Language Information Engineering Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and successively served as deputy director and director; Since 2009, he has been the dean, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Computer Science, Beijing Institute of Technology, and currently serves as the director of the Engineering Technology Research Center of Massive Language Information Processing and Cloud Computing Application in Beijing. His main academic research direction is machine translation and natural language processing, and he has presided over more than 20 national research projects such as national key research and development program projects, National self-science Fund key projects, "973 Plan" projects, "863 Plan" projects, and won more than 10 national and provincial and ministerial awards such as the first Prize of National Science and Technology Progress. In 1997, he enjoyed the special government allowance of The State Council and was elected "National Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker" in 2014.
